The magic of Mudslide Monday as the last event on the Lazy Bear Week 2023 calendar is that it is just right. The mood poolside is mellow. New and old friends say farewell and make plans to meet up in the coming weeks or just to say hello again at Lazy Bear Week 2024. Inside the bar at the R3 today was our first Lazy Bear Week Dart Tournament. Super fun! Thanks to all who made Lazy Bear Week 2023 an amazing experience for all.
Read MoreSunday at Lazy Bear Week 2023 was HOT. Daytime temps soared to 99°F as we partied all over the property at the West Sonoma Inn. We all stayed as cool as we could in the pool and in the shade under tents on the dance floor in the meadow, too. The temp only dropped to 70° for our final campfire as 80s synth band Ursabomb will performed live to set the congenial mood for the night.

Seth Adams hike to Jenner/Seal Beach had a record number or attendees, the daytime, pool parties were overflowing with activity. The sunset tea dance was epic and the campfire was just what we needed to end the day.

The numerous highlights included a morning trip to Piknik Town Market, pool party hopping up to the Highlands and down 4th Street to the R3, Woods, and the Kaftan Extravaganza at the WSI. Rotten Robbie rocked the waterfront stage at Johnson’s Beach as the sun set and angel feather halos lit the crowd with the vibe at the campfire.
