We’re getting ready. Are you? Yes! Lazy Bear Week 2019 is happening! And there’s only 75 more days until July 29th, when it begins…
The Lazy Bear Fund board and Lazy Bear Week 2019 organizers are excited for this year’s event - our first week-long celebration of all that is wonderful about our community! The week in Guerneville will start off the way Ike & Tina Turner start Proud Mary, nice and easy.

Before we get to Guerneville, those in San Francisco for the Up Your Alley Fair (Dore Alley) will enjoy it nice and rough…..ROUGH, that is, the official closing party for Up Your Alley® Weekend and official send off party for Lazy Bear Week 2019. Get your tickets now (click the image below).
Now back to the nice and easy beginning of the week -
Monday, July 29th our Kickoff event is at 11 a.m. – a mellow pool party at the R3. That evening, we’ll gather and sing along to show tunes at the Rainbow Cattle Company‘s Stage & Screen Night from 7-11 p.m.
Tuesday, we’re back to the beach! Join us at Johnson’s Beach for a Lazy Bear flotilla - Tutu’s in Tubes from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. We’re bringing you more original Lazy Bear mellow events like Tuesday Trivia Night at the R3 at 7 p.m. followed by a trip to the Graton Casino, 10 p.m. - 2 a.m. (stay tuned for more details about that).
Wednesday we’ll start our slate of multiple pool parties and bring you Outdoor Movie Night at the West Sonoma Inn at 8 p.m.
The rest of the weekend is full of pool parties, campfires, live performances including Drunk Drag Broadway (bringing us Drunk Drag Bingo) and another big name STAR! (can’t wait to tell you - just waiting on the press packet).
Our constants through the years are still happening: The morning Bear Buzz Coffee Socials at The Coffee Bazaar and the afternoon Friends of Bill meetings at Main Street Station are still on!
We’re also adding value to your Lazy Bear Week 2019 tag purchases. There’ll be new venues and another outstanding party in Guerneville. Remember, the week-long event is a fundraiser! The Lazy Bear Fund gives back to local, national and international charities and nonprofit organizations.
